Courtland, Ontario: Software Preparation of a Case IH Combine for the Upcoming Season
Smart ECU upgrades for peak performance before harvest even begins

Case IH combine in Courtland, Ontario – prepared for the season with ECU optimization
At the end of February 2024, we visited a service facility near Courtland, Ontario, where a powerful Case IH Axial-Flow combine was being prepped for the new harvest season. Our mission: to run full diagnostics and perform a software-based ECU optimization that would improve torque response and reduce fuel consumption.
We used operational data from the previous season to fine-tune the engine’s behavior under varying RPMs, and adjusted the power delivery curve to better support harvesting performance. The entire process was done without any mechanical modifications – only through safe, fully reversible software calibration.
✅ What we did:
- ECU readout and performance analysis inside the shop
- Torque curve optimization
- Precision adjustments to injection and turbo pressure
- 100% safe, software-only modifications with full reversibility
This job is a great example of how you can boost harvest efficiency even before the season starts. With AgroEcoPower, farmers gain an edge — before they even hit the field.
